How do I
claim?
In the event of a mishap befalling your car, we have tried to make
claiming as easy and as painless as possible. There are a few simple
steps you need to follow:
-
Remember to have your Policy Number on hand
- You need to complete a Claim Form for us. This can be obtained via
our call centre (by calling us), or by the Claim Forms link.
- Your Claim Form must be accompanied by a copy of your ID and
Driver's Licence.
- Important Note! You need to advise us as soon as possible of any
pending claim (within 30 days of you becoming aware of the incident)
Based on the type of claim, the procedures and requirements from
this point differ slightly.
